Re-Sources Capital buys Novatim stake from Siparex
French growth capital player Re-Sources Capital has invested in IT outsourcing business Novatim, allowing Siparex to exit.
Re-Sources manages a fund backed by entrepreneurs and usually invests tickets between €200,000-3m, with holding periods ranging from five to eight years.
Siparex injected €1m into the French IT outsourcing services business in 2012, before being joined by CM-CIC Investissement in 2015. Siparex held a minority stake, which it sold to Re-Sources, while management is understood to be retaining a majority stake.

Established in 2006, Novatim is a provider of IT outsourcing services. Headquartered in Paris, France, the company generated a turnover of approximately €3m in 2011 – this has risen to €9m in 2016 and the company expects revenues to increase to €12m in 2017.
