Idinvest Partners, BPI France et al. in €32m iAdvize series-C
Idinvest Partners, BPI France and Quadrille Capital have invested €32m in iAdvize, a conversational marketing platform, in a series-C round.
Idinvest Partners and BPI France co-led the round. Idinvest typically invests between €1-50m in each round in companies with revenues of up to €500m and enterprise value between €10-500m, according to unquote" data.
BPI France deployed capital from its Large Venture fund for the investment. A spokesperson for BPI France confirmed that the €1bn fund invests tickets between €10-30m for minority stakes. The GP had taken part in the company's previous round of investment in 2015.
BPI France is backed by the French government's Programme d'Investissements d'Avenir (PIA).
Quadrille is currently investing from its fund Quadrille Technologies III, according to unquote" data.
The series-C round of funding will help the company open offices in the US and accelerate product innovation. The company plans to quadruple its headcount in Europe by 2020.
Previous funding
The previous €14m series-B funding in 2015 helped the company to expand outside France and develop its product. The round was led by Iris Capital and involved BPI France and existing backer Alven Capital.
