
21 Centrale's DL Software bolts-on Futurosoft
21 Centrale Partners-backed management software provider DL Software has acquired French cycling, motorcycling, garden power tools and car centres software publisher. Futurosoft for an undisclosed sum.
21 Centrale acquired a majority stake in DL Software earlier this year, in the first investment of the fund 21 Centrale Partners V. At the time of the announcement, the group said it was looking for further acquisition targets.
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Paris, DL Software offers investment solutions for companies that develop enterprise management software packages. It manages 7,000 shops in France. The company's turnover stood at €48.9m at the end of 2016.

Founded in 1988, Futurosoft is the publisher of the G8 software used by cycling, motorsport, garden power tools and auto retailers. Its software suite was used at 1,600 points of sale in 2016 in France, Switzerland and Benelux. It employs a staff of 27, generating a turnover of €2.8m and an EBITDA of €1m in 2016. The company is based in Evry.
