
Normandie Participations et al. back Yousign
Normandie Participations, Alto Invest and NFactory have invested €3m in French e-signature software provider Yousign.
The three backers had previously committed €1.7m to the company in August 2017, with Normandie Participations investing €550,000 at the time.
The new round of funding will be help bolster Yousign's presence around Europe, employing new staff in its tech and business divisions.
Company
Yousign develops software for electronically signing agreements and contracts, on a subscription basis. Yousign provides e-signature products to companies from the private sector, from startups to large corporations, as well as public sector organisations. It is headquartered in Caen and has 1,500 customers.
