
Ring Capital backs $12m series-B for Adikteev
Ring Capital and BNP Paribas Developpement have led a $12m series-B funding round for Adikteev, a Paris-based mobile marketing platform.
Other backers in the round include existing investors Isai, Ventech and Laurent Asscher.
The company intends to use the funds to strengthen research and development efforts, as well as accelerate international expansion with a view to expand in the US market.
Previous funding
Ventech, along with Laurent Asscher, Cyril Vermeulen and Marc Sounigo, provided a $800,000 seed funding round to Adikteev in December 2012.
Isai led a €1.1m funding round for the advertising software tool alongside Ventech and several angel investors in October 2014. Laurent Asscher, Cyril Vermeulen, Philippe Besnard and Bastien Duclaux also invested alongside the two VCs.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Paris, Adikteev's product is an advertising software tool designed to identify the best moments to display advertisements online in order to maximise user engagement.
The company has offices in Berlin, New York and San Francisco. Customers include Audible, Shopbop, Marvel, Thredup, Marie-Claire Group, L'Express, CCM Benchmark and Liberation.
