
Omnes-backed Batiweb bolts-on HelloArtisan
Omnes Capital's Batiweb has completed its third bolt-on with the acquisition of HelloArtisan.
Co-investors Swen Capital Partners, Matmut Innovation and Golda Darty Partners also backed the deal.
Omnes acquired Batiweb, an internet portal allowing construction professionals to connect with potential clients, from Ardian in 2017, which had invested in the company in 2008.
With the bolt-on of HelloArtisan, the group can offer project management assistance alongside its services of discovery and the ability to make appointments.
Company
Founded in 2014, HelloArtisan is a digital platform for connecting individuals with professional builders, typically for home renovation projects. It also manages the financial transactions between the two.
With this third acquisition, Batiweb now has 8,000 customers and a turnover of €14m for 2017.
