
Idinvest backs Blue Soft
Idinvest has become a minority shareholder in France-based Blue Soft, a digital transformation business, acquiring a 25% stake.
Idinvest injected €10m into the company. BNP Paribas Développement, a shareholder since 2014, remains invested.
A spokesperson for Idinvest confirmed that Caisse d'Epargne and Idinvest provided senior debt for the transaction, with Caisse d'Epargne arranging an A tranche while Idinvest provided a B tranche.

Founded in 2008 and based in Charenton-Le-Pont, Blue Soft manages the digital transformation of its customers across three areas: data governance and big data; digital technologies and applications; and risk management.
The business generated a turnover of €52m in 2017 and it aims to generate €100m by 2019. It currently employs 120 people.
