
Platina buys Cap Vital Sante
Platina Equity Solutions has acquired a majority stake in Cap Vital Sante, a France-based retailer of medical materials and equipment for the elderly.
Cap Vital Sante was previously owned by Regis Naulin, the founder and owner of the business, and members from the other 250 shops in the network.
Platina will provide a €5m ticket initially, though the GP can provide up to €30m to backed companies. Platina recently invested in France backing Univet, a holding company operating 19 veterinary centres.

It provides products related to orthopedics, incontinence and other conditions. The business operates around 250 shops in France and French territories overseas.
