Ardian's Trigo bolts-on SCSI
Ardian-backed Trigo, a French industrial consulting, training and auditing firm, has wholly acquired US-based Supply Chain Services International (SCSI).
The acquisition is the second for Trigo in 2018, having bought South Carolina-based Lumbee Enterprises, an operational management service for the manufacturing sector, earlier in July. The SCSI acquisition is the sixth for Trigo under Ardian's ownership.
Ardian bought Trigo from IK Investment Partners in 2016. Founded in 1997 and based in Nanterre, Trigo provides operational quality management services for the manufacturing sector, with a focus on the automotive and aerospace industries.
The bolt-on of SCSI will allow Trigo to expand its service portfolio towards advanced supply chain services, and to penetrate new market segments within the transportation industry.
Company
Founded in 2001, SCSI provides inspection, reactive containment, and logistics services. With headquarters in Peoria, the business employs around 200 people and has facilities in the US, Europe and Asia.
