Isatis backs Nova Consulting
Isatis Capital has acquired a minority stake in France-based business strategy consultancy Nova Consulting, investing alongside management.
The transaction saw 12 members of the management team receive shares.
Isatis plans to support Nova in pursuing a buy-and-build strategy to foster its international expansion.
Isatis, a sector-agnostic GP, seeks to invest in growth capital transactions in France-based small and medium-sized enterprises generating revenues between €5-50m.
Company
Founded in 2006 and based in Paris, Nova is a business strategy consultancy. It specialises in supporting consumer and entertainment businesses operating in the tourism, sports and cultural sectors.
The business employs 50 people across its offices in Paris and New York, and is planning to open facilities in Shanghai. According to French publication Capital Finance, the business will generate €10m turnover this year.
