Naxicap's DCI bolts on Retis
Naxicap-backed DCI, a France-based IT integration and digital services firm, has acquired domestic competitor Retis.
The acquisition was supported by a single-tranche loan from Idinvest Partners. It follows DCI's bolt-on of France-based Lhexian, a cloud services operator, in November 2017.
The newly combined group employs 360 people and has a client base including customers in both the public and private sectors.
Naxicap Partners acquired a majority stake in DCI in 2016, taking over from LBO France and Capzanine. DCI provides infrastructure and cybersecurity services; according to its website, it generates a turnover of around €60m and employs 175 people. The business was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Les Ulis, near Paris.

First established in 1993 and based in Montauban, Retis is a cybersecurity and unified communications specialist. It operates branch offices in Rennes, Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Quimper and Nantes.
