Capital Croissance acquires Vlad from UI Gestion
Capital Croissance has acquired a stake in Vlad, a France-based supplier of medical batteries, from UI Gestion.
The GP invested alongside the management team, led by Jean-Louis Jarry, Vincent Piton and Stephane Jaud, who have increased their stake in the business.
Capital Croissance used its €75m Cairn Capital I fund for the transaction.
UI Gestion, which backed an MBO of Vlad in 2016, has fully exited the investment, while founder Michel Megly and earlier investor BPI France will retain minority stakes in the business.
