Runa Capital et al. lead €6m series-B for Admo.tv
VC houses Runa Capital, Cap Décisif and Entrepreneur Venture have led a €6m series-B funding round for TV and radio adverts analytics platform Admo.tv.
The company plans to use the funds to further develop its platform, accelerate its international expansion, significantly scale up its team in London, and open new offices in Spain and Germany.
Runa is deploying capital from its fund third, launched in January 2018 with a $135m target, while Cap Décisif is investing via its fourth vehicle, which held a €50m first close last July.
Previous funding
Entrepreneur Venture and Kerala Ventures led a €1.5m series-A funding round for Admo.tv in July 2016.
Company
Established in 2015 and based in Paris, Admo.tv is a TV and radio analytics platform that specialises in boosting adverts' performance by measuring and optimising their impact on online traffic. The company's platform is based on a patented technology of TV detection called fingerprinting, which allows brands to analyse the impact of their advertisements, including the size of the advertising cut, the television context, the position of the spot and the adverts used by their competitors.
Admo.tv has recently announced the launch of a media prediction tool, which will offer advertisers the opportunity to build a TV media plan in advance and buy TV advertising based on audience behaviour and engagement. The company's client base includes French and international brands such as Allianz, Ford, HSBC, BNP Paribas, Accor, Match and Peugeot.
