Isai invests in Legalstart.fr

Isai has acquired a minority stake in France-based Legalstart.fr, an online legal services platform operator.
The GP has drawn equity from its €150m Isai Expansion II vehicle, which was also used for the co-investment in Ividata alongside Keensight.
The fund typically provides growth capital between €5-30m in French digital tech and software development companies.
Isai will support the company's plans to hire more professionals (lawyers, notaries, accountants) and it will also take into consideration whether to make strategic acquisitions.
