
GEI, Nord Croissance back Manganelli
French GPs GEI and Nord Croissance have acquired a stake in Manganelli, a France-based audiovisual services specialist.
Manganelli is planning to pursue a buy-and-build strategy in the coming years.
GEI typically provides equity tickets in the €3-15m range in businesses based in north-eastern France, while Nord Croissance injects €300,000-1.5m. Both GPs usually acquire minority stakes.
Company
Founded in 2004, Manganelli is an audiovisual engineering and digital signage software publisher. Headquartered in Lille, the business also has facilities in Paris, Clermont-Ferrand, Kortrijk and New York.
The company's clients include Michelin and broadcaster Eurosport, as well as the cities of Clermont-Ferrand and Lille. The business generates a €20m turnover and employs 70 people.
