
Isai et al. in $41m series-B for 360Learning
Previous backer Isai and a group of new investors has injected $41m in France-based 360Learning, an e-learning software publisher.
BPI France, Hi Inov – Dentressangle, XAnge Private Equity and Educapital have joined Isai in backing the business in the latest round.
The investment will enable 360Learning to consolidate its position in its home market of France while accelerating its growth strategy in the UK and North America. The latest round will also help double the size of research and development investments.
Previous funding
French VCs Isai and 3T Capital injected €1.2m into 360Learning in 2013. At the time, the company was intending to use the fresh funding to finance the commercialisation of its product and expand its user base.
Company
Founded in 2010, 360Learning provides a cloud-based e-learning platform for businesses that want to create and manage e-training courses for their employees.
Based in Paris, 360Learning opened its New York City office in 2018 and its London branch in mid-March this year. The business currently employs 150 people and serves around 1,200 enterprises across 160 countries, according to a statement.
