PE-backed Vitale Assistance buys Groupe 3iD
Weinberg Capital and Vespa Capital's Vitale Assistance, a France-based provider of emergency assistance and renovation services, has bolted on domestic peer Groupe 3iD.

Vespa was the majority owner of Vitale until 2017, when an SBO transaction saw Weinberg acquire a majority and the previous investor retain a stake. At the time of the transaction, Weinberg was investing via its WCP#2 vehicle, closed on €165m in 2012.
Founded in 1995 and based in Poitiers, Vitale generated €30m in revenues in 2016.
