BPI France, Carvest back Toutenkamion
BPI France and private equity firm Carvest have acquired a minority stake in France-based customised mobile units manufacturer Toutenkamion.
Toutenkamion's president Stephane Girerd will remain majority shareholder of the business.
The company carved out Euro-Shelter, a specialist in mobile units for commercial and defense use, from parent company Nexter in April this year. The Euro-Shelter acquisition offers significant synergies and the GPs will support Toutenkamion to pursue it growth plans.
Company
Founded in Ladon in 1936, Toutenkamion builds and sells customised mobile units used by businesses operating in the medical, broadcast, training, events and defense sectors. Since the mid-2000s Toutenkamion has started exporting its products. Today the business generates revenues in excess of €20m.
