Capital Croissance backs Onatera
Capital Croissance has provided growth capital to France-based Onatera, an online retailer of natural and organic cosmetic products, food supplements and essential oils.
The transaction sees previous owner Entrepreneur Venture, an investor since 2015, exit the company.
Capital Croissance is currently investing via two funds, which closed in Q2 this year. Second-generation fund Cairn Capital held a final close on €140m. It supports SMEs via MBOs, OBOs, MBI transactions and growth capital, providing tickets in the €5-15m range and backing companies generating a €5-75m turnover.
Long-term fund K2 Business Club closed on €200m. It provides equity tickets in the €15-50m range and acquires both minority and majority stakes.
