
Eurazeo's Efeso Consulting acquires FibonacciLab
Eurazeo-backed Efeso Consulting, the France-based business strategy consultancy, has acquired Switzerland-based FibonacciLab.
The acquisition will allow Efeso to strengthen its supply chain and advanced analytics expertise.
Eurazeo acquired a 70% stake in Efeso Consulting, a France-based business strategy and operations consultancy, from Argos Wityu in a €56m transaction almost a year ago. The business also bolted on Germany-based peer ROI Management Consulting in July this year.
Paris-based Efeso employs 500 consultants across its 35 offices in 25 countries. The business generated revenues of €72m in 2018.
