Bridgepoint's Bee2link buys Agence K
Bridgepoint-backed Bee2link has acquired France-based Agence K, an IT and business support services firm.
Agence K owner Xavier Cotelle also owns a stake in France-based Bee2link. Bridgepoint acquired a minority in the latter business in February.
The two companies will be operationally merged, Unquote has learned. The transaction will allow some synergies between Agence K and Bee2link to take place, according to Le Monde du Droit.
Company
Paris-based Agence K is the result of the merger in 2016 of business support company Kataption, specialised in serving the automobile industry, and Kanso, which supported companies in their digitalisation processes.
