
Partech leads €3m seed round for Energysquare
Partech has led a €3m seed funding round for France-based Energysquare, a wireless charging technology developer.
The GP is currently investing via Partech Entrepreneur Fund III and Paris Saclay Seed Fund. Partech Entrepreneur Fund III is a global seed fund that held a final close on €100m in April 2020. Saclay Seed Fund was launched by French university group Paris-Saclay and backed by BPI France. Partech Ventures and Kurma Partners have been designated as fund managers. A first close was held for the fund on €50m in January 2017.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate the company's development in Asia and the US.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Saint-Mandé, Energysquare is a developer of the wireless charging technology Power By Contact. The company has an office in Taiwan. It employs 12 people, according to LinkedIn.
