
Peninsular backs NovaSparks MBO
Peninsular Capital has backed the MBO of NovaSparks, a French provider of ultra-low latency trading systems for the financial trading industry.
The GP will partner with NovaSparks CEO Luc Burgun to support his development plan, bolstering the company's penetration in a range of financial markets.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Paris, NovaSparks is a field programmable gate array (FPGA) market data company. Led by Luc Burgun, it generates revenues of €4.3m, according to news portal CF News. The company has offices in Nantes and New York.
