Iris and Kerala inject €1m into AdotMob
Iris Capital and Kerala Ventures have provided French mobile advertising specialist AdotMob with a €1m round of funding.
Iris Capital stated it sees strong potential for growth and consolidation in the mobile advertising technology market. AdotMob will use the fresh funding to bolster the development of its technology and to expand, both in France and abroad.
The company also plans to hire 10 engineers and consultants in the coming months.
Iris Capital teamed up with advertising agency Publicis and France Telecom in 2012 to manage a €300m corporate venture initiative.
Company
Established in early 2014, AdotMob has developed software allowing advertisers and media agencies to optimise their mobile media buying. Clients include BlaBlaCar, Spotify and Hello Bank.
Based in Paris, the company has already generated €1m in revenues in its first year since inception. It is targeting a €15m turnover in the next three years.
