
Activa Capital's Ergalis makes bolt-on acquisition
Activa Capital portfolio company Ergalis has acquired French temporary employment and recruitment agency Aura Staffing from Segula Technologies.
Ergalis is a buy-and-build platform for temporary employment and human resources, created by Activa in 2010. The company has since made a number of acquisitions including Selpro, IMS, Talentpeople, ABCI and Action Assistance.
Ergalis has group revenues of €180m, runs 70 branches and employs 250 permanent staff and more than 4,000 temporary staff members throughout France. The business specialises in the banking and finance, medical, cosmetics, engineering and IT sectors. It plans to make further acquisitions in the future and work on promoting organic growth.

Aura Staffing is a spinout from Segula Technologies. The business is a temporary employment and recruitment agency specialising in qualified job profiles, in particular management and technical positions in the engineering, IT and service industries.
The company has a network of 16 branches with a strong presence in Paris, Lille, Lyon, Marseille and Nantes. Its 2011 turnover was €54m. Aura Staffing employs 245 people on a permanent basis.
