Entrepreneur Venture backs ShogunMoto
Entrepreneur Venture (EV) has invested in ShogunMoto, a French online retailer of motorcycle parts.
The investment is EV's third in ShogunMoto. BPI France has also taken part in the round, as well as private investors.
ShogunMoto will use the fresh capital to strengthen its research and development activities, as well as to expand its catalogue of products.
EV first invested in the company in 2012.
Company
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Paris, ShogunMoto sells parts and equipment for motorcycles online.
It currently has 50,000 customers and a catalogue of 200,000 products from 100 suppliers.
According to the company, ShogunMoto doubled its turnover last year.

Damien Roland is the CEO of ShogunMoto. Michel Claret is an investment director at EV.
