Omnes et al. inject €12m into EXOSUN
Omnes Capital (formerly Crédit Agricole Private Equity) has taken part in a €12m funding round for French renewable energy business EXOSUN.
Other investors include public agency ADEME as well as Crédit Agricole subsidiaries Aquitaine Expansion and Gramd Sud-Ouest Capital.
Omnes had already provided EXOSUN with a €4.5m funding round in 2009. The fresh capital will be used to drive the company's growth following two years of tough trading.
Company
EXOSUN is headquartered in Martillac and was founded in 2007. The company specialises in the design, development and production of turnkey photovoltaic and thermal solar power plants equipped with solar tracking systems.
EXOSUN posted a €4.7m turnover in 2001, but made a loss of €2.4m. It employs 47 staff.

Serge Savasta led the deal for Omnes. Frédéric Conchy is president of EXOSUN.
