Activa's Primavista completes bolt-on
Primavista, a maternity and school photography company backed by Activa Capital, has bought Secret de Polichinelle, an internet company focusing on wedding and birth announcement services.
The acquisition extends the range of products the firm offers and expands its footprint in e-commerce.
Activa bought Primavista from LFPI Gestion in November 2011. LFPI reinvested as part of the transaction to secure a minority stake.

Founded in 1997 and based in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Secret de Polichinelle offers personalised birth and wedding announcement cards and direct marketing services. The company owns the sites www.naissance.fr and www.faire-part.com.
