FSI Régions et al. back Groupe SAF
FSI Régions, CDC Entreprises, BNP Paribas Développement, Amundi Private Equity, Crédit Agricole des Savoie Capital and Portuguese trade player United Helicopter Service (UHS) have invested in French helicopter rescue business Groupe SAF.
The fresh funding will allow SAF to strengthen its position on the French, Brazilian and African markets. SAF will also look to increase its export activity, notably in the Middle East. Finally, the company will consider acquisitions throughout Europe.
Both FSI Régions and Crédit Agricole des Savoie Capital were previous investors in SAF. Management increased its stake in the business following the transaction.
