Blackfin et al invest €57m in Kepler
BlackFin Capital Partners has led a €57m investment in Kepler Capital Markers, a pan-European equity and fixed income broker.
Alongside Banca Leonardo, La Caisse des Dépôts and Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, BlackFin will contribute to the €57m fundraising in exchange for a combined 49.9% stake, valuing Kepler at around €115m.

Going forward, capital will be used to make acquisitions to assist KCM's growth. The firm also hopes to tap BlaclFin's expertise, as it is a specialist financial services investor.
