Earlybird et al. back $6m series-A for Videdressing.com
Earlybird Venture Capital, DN Capital and Piton Capital have backed a $6m series-A funding round for Paris-based fashion marketplace Videdressing.com.
Earlybird, DN and Piton co-led the investment in Videdressing.com and were joined by Generis Capital. The company will use the funding to further accelerate its growth and increase its market share in France while also tapping into the international market, initially by launching an English version of its website.
The deal was initiated by Paris-based M&A consultancy LD&A.

Videdressing.com was founded by Meryl Job and Renaud Guillerm in December 2009. The company runs a website that functions as a social marketplace for high-end fashion.
