Sagard has invested in Les Délices des 7 Vallées (D7V), a French manufacturer of frozen patisserie products, alongside the Heunet family.
Under Sagard's ownership, the company plans on increasing its industrial capacity, with the aim of doubling capacity in its main plant.
D7V also plans to expand, both domestically and internationally.

Headquartered in Tincques, D7V is a producer of frozen patisserie products such as beignets, muffins and brioche. Its products are sold in supermarkets and to the catering industry.
The company generates €45m in revenues.
