CapMan recruits Ratos’s Pålsson as partner

Finnish investment group CapMan has hired Ratos senior investment manager Johan Pålsson as a partner in its buyout division.
Pålsson will assume his new position from November, joining from listed Swedish buyout firm Ratos, which recently announced the dismissal of its CEO Susanne Campbell following poor portfolio performance.
Before his move to CapMan, Pålsson had worked at Ratos for around a decade as an investment manager, having joined from a position as management consultant at Arthur D Little in June 2007.
