Nordic Capital promotes Berglund to partner
Nordic Capital has promoted Daniel Berglund from principal to partner.
In his new role, Berglund will focus on investments in technology and payments, as well as healthcare IT – areas which he has previously worked on at the firm.
Berglund joined Nordic Capital in 2010. He has worked on deals including Trustly, ArisGlobal and ERT. He currently has a seat on the board of five of the GP's portfolio companies, including ArisGlobal and ERT, and has previously served on the boards of six others, including Orc Group and Bambora.
Prior to joining Nordic Capital, Berglund worked at Bain, which he joined as associate consultant in 2007 before being promoted to senior associate consultant in 2008.
