Axcel-backed Superoffice to acquire Infobridge – report
Axcel-backed Norwegian software company Superoffice is to acquire the Dutch software companyТ Infobridge, according toТ Finansavisen.
Superoffice's CEO, Gisle Jentoft, confirmed the deal in the Norwegian publication, saying the two companies were already well-acquainted.
The CEO also said that the company was interested in further acquisitions, adding that technology companies that complement the company's offering or which help strengthen Superoffice's market share were of interest.
According to the press report, Infobridge reported a turnover of NOK 20m (€1.9m) in 2019, while Superoffice, had a turnover of NOK 450m (€42m).
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Oslo, SuperOffice provides cloud-based customer relationship management software to B2B companies in Europe. The company has a customer base of 5,500 SMEs across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK and Lithuania.
Axcel acquired Superoffice in April this year, reportedly paying NOK 1bn for A 90% stake. The GP deployed equity from its sixth fund, which held a first close on just above €500m in February 2020 and is targeting to raise €800m by October 2020.

Founded in 2003 and based in North Brabant, InfoBridge is an independent software development company that offers custom-made digital infrastructure, office-based networks and software-as-a-service products, as well as support services. The company reportedly generated a turnover of €1.9m in 2019 and employs fewer than 50 staff, according to its LinkedIn page.
