Sunstone Capital backs merger of IMIX and Arcoma
Danish venture capital firm Sunstone Capital has invested and undisclosed sum in IMIX, a provider of superior digital radiography.
At the same time, IMIX is set to merge with Swedish provider of medical and radiology systems Arcoma, under the holding company IMIX Holding AB.
The new entity, based in Växjö in Sweden, will have a total of 90 employees and SEK 200m in net sales.
