BNP backs Telogic with €3m investment
BNP Paribas Private Equity has invested тЌ3m growth capital in business technology services provider, Telogic.
The investment will fund expansion in the German and Polish markets, which may include the strategic acquisition of bolt-on companies. Telogic recently acquired German rival Vistream GmbH.
Telogic is a mobile virtual network enabler, providing outsourced services to mobile virtual network operators. The company provides business process optimization, back-office management and customer interaction services, in addition to application and financial management tools.
