Norvestor's RenoNorden acquires Danish waste collection unit
RenoNorden, a portfolio company of Norwegian buyout house Norvestor, has acquired the household waste collection division of Renoflex-Gruppen.
The division RenoNorden has acquired services 12 out of the 98 Danish municipalities, mainly in Zealand (Sjælland) and Capital (Region Hovedstaden) regions.
In 2009, the division generated a turnover of DKK 170m.
