
CapMan Buyout IX reaches final close
CapMan Buyout IX fund has raised €294.6m at final close.
Institutional investors from the Nordic region, Central Europe and the US have committed to the fund, while CapMan contributed €13m of the capital raised. The fund will invest in mid-market buyouts in the Nordic region and has already completed three investments. Management fees will be based on the capital raised, with the final fundraising round having a positive impact on the fee for CapMan.
The fund was launched in September 2008, and raised €203m at first close in January 2009.
