FII and Etera acquire stake in 3 Step IT
Finnish Industry Investment (FII) and Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company have acquired an 11% stake in 3 Step IT Group Oy.
Founded in 1997, the company is based in Helsinki and specialises in the management of the acquisition, use and replacement of technology and other fixed assets. The company employs approximately 170 people and generated net sales of over €220m in 2009.
The investors were attracted by the company's strong growth and position in the market, with further international expansion being one of the areas looked at.
