Erhvervsinvest acquires Epoke A/S
Erhvervsinvest has acquired the Danish winter road maintenance specialist Epoke A/S from the Thomsen family.
The company produces and sells machines and equipment for the maintenance of roads and paths during winter conditions. Epoke employs approximately 230 across Denmark, Germany and Poland. In 2009 the company recorded a turnover of DKK 236.1m and an EBITDA of DKK 20.5m
