Intera-backed Consti Yhtiöt acquires Rakennus-Lundén
The Finnish building renovation business Consti YhtiУЖt, backed by Intera Private Equity, has acquired Rakennus-LundУЉn Oy.
Rakennus-Lundén Oy is a well-known construction company in the Turku region of southwestern Finland. The company has a strong reputation for large renovation projects.
Lunden's recent projects in central Turku include the Kop-Kolmio property and Turun Sanomat headquarters. The company employs 25 people and reported a €9m turnover in 2009.
Following the transaction, Consti Yhtiöt's annual pro forma turnover will exceed €120m and its combined workforce will total 500 staff.
