Valedo makes four add-ons to Swedish psychiatry group

The deal sees Partnergruppen, Sociala Tjänster, Prompting and Fabriken become part of the psychiatry group.

Svenska Specialistspykiatrigruppen AB (SSPG) was formed in July 2009, following Valedo's acquisition of Björkviksgruppen and Neuropsyk, both providers of psychiatric healthcare.

With a further two companies added in late 2009 and early 2010, and with the bolt-on of the four companies in the current transaction, the group's turnover will amount to around SEK 500m, with a staff count of approximately 600.
