Innova promotes Magnuszewska to partner

Magnuszewska was promoted from her previous role as managing director and becomes the sixth partner at the firm.

She joined Innova as an intern in 2004, rising to an analyst and associate, before being promoted to director and eventually managing director.

At Innova, Magnuszewska's work has mainly been with investments in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors, with a focus on businesses related to new technologies and online markets. Her focus is exemplified by one of the GP's most recent investments, a capital increase and minority share acquisition in Polish advertising and marketing technology company Netsprint Group.
