
Priveq’s NRI bolts on KGC Verktyg & Maskiner
Swedish mid-market GP Priveq’s portfolio company Nordic Room Improvement (NRI) has invested in tiling and bricklaying tool maker KGC Verktyg & Maskiner in an add-on acquisition.
The deal is seen as a complementary addition to Nordic Room Improvement's business, which develops, markets and sells interior, exterior and home improvement products to consumers and professionals.
As part of NRI, KGC's management team will focus on expanding the company's marketing channels and growing into new geographies.
Priveq has owned NRI since a 2012 MBO.

Headquartered in Älvsjö, KGC is a provider of professional tools for bricklaying and tiling purposes. The company was founded in 1950, employs a staff of 23 and generated SEK 80m in turnover last year.
