
Investcorp’s SecureLink acquires Coresec
Investcorp and its cybersecurity portfolio company SecureLink Group has acquired Stockholm-based digital security business Coresec in a bolt-on acquisition.
Following the investment from the GP and its portfolio company, Coresec will be assumed under the SecureLink Group, which will have a combined revenue of €200m as a result.
SecureLink's bolt-on comes six months after Investcorp acquired the company in a secondary buyout from Belgian backer Indufin and is the first acquisition since the initial deal.

The company employs a staff of 250 people and offers cybersecurity products to businesses and institutions.
