
Northzone leads €4m series-A for Zervant
Nordic VC firms Northzone and Conor Venture Partners have led a €4m series-A round for Finnish e-invoicing business Zervant.
The fresh funding will be used in the pursuit of further international expansion for the Espoo-based company, as well as adding features to its product.
Previous funding
Including Northzone and Conor's investment, Zervant has raised a total in excess of €8m. Zervant raised a multi-million euro funding round from ING's Belgian bank in June 2016.
Company
Headquartered in Helsinki, Zervant is an electronic invoicing startup.
The company was founded in 2010 and claims to have 100,000 users. It expects its revenues to grow by 200% in the current financial year and employs a staff of 23.
