
Gro Capital takes minority stake in Boyum IT Solutions
Technology-focused private equity firm Gro Capital has taken a minority stake in Danish software business Boyum IT Solutions by providing capital for an acquisition.
The GP will invest an undisclosed amount of cash to support Boyum's bolt-on acquisition of Swiss software company Beas Group, in return for a 49.9% stake in Boyum.
As part of the add-on, Beas founder and CEO Willi Jost will remain as board member of the company, while relinquishing his position as head of Beas.

Boyum IT is a Brabrand-based provider of enterprise software, focusing on SAP-related services.
The company was founded in 1997 and employs 56 people, serving 3,000 clients in 70 countries. Following the acquisition of Beas, Boyum IT Group will have revenues of DKK 100m and staff of around 100.
