Herkules-backed Linas Matkasse bolts on RetNemt.dk
Herkules Capital-owned Linas Matkasse has taken a majority stake in Danish pre-packed dinner-bag business RetNemt.dk.
The transaction sees RetNemt.dk and Linas Matkasse enter into partnership, giving the Swedish business exposure to the Danish pre-packaged meal kit market.
RetNemt.dk and Linas Matkasse both expect the deal to increase their companies' growth, through continued expansion in Sweden and scaling RetNemt.dk's operations in Denmark.
