Sentica's Trust Kapital bolts on Enfo Zender
Finnish GP Sentica Partners's receivables managment portfolio company Trust Kapital has bolted on the information logistics division of Finland-based Enfo Zender.
As part of the deal, Enfo Zender's owner, KPY, will make a substantial investment in Trust Kapital and become a joint shareholder in the group, alongside private equity firm Sentica Partners, the company's management and Finnish private investors.
The transaction involves Enfo Zender's information logistics subsidiary, while the company's financial process outsourcing division is excluded. According to a statement by the GP, the acquisition expands Trust Kapital's services to encompass all aspects of managing the lifecycle of receivables, including invoicing operations, accounts receivable, credit management and financing.
Trust Kapital said the deal is symptomatic of its strategy to focus on its core competences and divest non-core operations
Trust Kapital has been a Sentica portfolio company since the GP tapped its Sentica Buyout IV vehicle in March 2016, acquiring a majority stake in the business.
The deal is expected to complete by the end of January 2017.
